Refund policy
All in-store purchases are final sale.
Online returns are allowed for store credit for the following reasons:
- Incorrect item received
- Misrepresentation of item received (e.g., undisclosed major damage or a size discrepancy of 2 inches or more)
Customers must contact the store within 24 hours of delivery and ship approved returns within 48 hours.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with tags attached.
Once your order has been handed over to the selected courier for delivery, Reserved is no longer responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit. Please be aware that once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the courier, it is considered successfully delivered, and any claims for loss or theft must be directed to the courier. Once we have shipped an item, we are not responsible and do not refund for any lost of stolen packages, so please double check to ensure the shipping address is correct and secure.
